This morning I had traditional Dim Sum breakfast at the hotel. I know my wife is going to hate me because they serve this every morning and the dumplings are fresh and plentiful. I feel bad because I keep doing several trips to the buffet every morning.
For lunch I went to this Japanese noodle place and it was beyond my expectations. The food in this country is exquisite. I am surprised that people aren't all 300 pounds here. I am told that Japan will exceed all my expectations, and considering that this is the land of Iron Chef - it is highly likely that this will be the case.
